Key Responsibilities
 

  • Cruise Booking Coordination: Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise packages tailored to their preferences and budget

  • Reservation Management: Research, confirm, and document cruise bookings, ensuring all details are accurate
  • Problem Resolution: Handle changes, cancellations, or booking issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Sales and Recommendations: Upsell room upgrades, excursions, and onboard packages to enhance the client experience
  • Lead Generation: Build a client base through referrals, social media, and networking

Sales Responsibility

Your income is commission-based and directly tied to your performance. Actively promote cruise packages, upgrades, and add-ons to maximize your earnings.
