• Data Analysis: Review performance metrics and recommend strategies to Operations Management to meet client goals and objectives.
• Communication: Keep all client resources up-to-date, communicate changes from clients to contractors, and host group sessions to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
• Issue Resolution: Send and respond to messages from contractors, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Trend Identification: Analyze customer satisfaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in NexRep's client relationships.
• Scoring Information: Provide detailed scoring information to independent contractors, empowering them to optimize their performance.
