Guest Communications – Vacation Rentals, Airbnb – Contract to Hire ID-11982

Hi!

I own and operate a vacation rental management company in Florida. I list my properties on Airbnb, VRBO, Google Vacation rentals, and through my direct booking website. I communicate with guests during the booking process, post booking, and before, during, and after their stay at one of my properties. I need a VA to manage guest communications (via Airbnb, email, text, and the occasional… phone call), schedule maintenance through text and phone calls, data-mining (rental and occupancy rates from Airbnb, VRBO), purchasing of supplies, and building of graphics for my listing and websites.

• Prior to the hire, there will be a preliminary video interview/meet and greet followed by a second interview and skills assessment thus IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA ABOVE, DO NOT APPLY*
• Start Date is October 7, 2024.
• The schedule would be 5 days/week, some weekends would be required, 10AM – 6PM Central Standard Time.
