We work directly with Sales, Operations, Product, Retail, AppStore, Devices, Legal, PR, country leaders, and local marketing specialists, as well as Amazon Advertising’s senior leadership team.

Basic Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload of both short and long term goals and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of the impact ad policy decisions have on advertisers and retail customers
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams including advertising sales
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine process improvements
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills that set the standard for the organization
  • Bachelor degree

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree, law degree, or MBA.

Proven experience working with designers and creative in advertising and/or marketing.

Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis

Proven experience working on digital advertising.

Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field.
